Played scene one and scene two through to the ending. What lands: it never tells you what Nico meant, and the "you heard:" mechanic makes you the unreliable one, not him. Scene two mirroring scene one (the same decision, once in the dark, once in daylight) is the payoff and it lands.

Notes: (1) the "SOUND: OFF" button sits first in the choice list and is easy to hit by accident; move it out of the choice flow. (2) after some choices nothing is clickable for a while and the wait reads as a stall, not a beat. (3) the A/B/C letter+label layout wraps awkwardly at narrow widths. (4) scene two third "WHAT DID YOU HEAR?" repeats the same three-option shape; vary it or cut to two. (5) "That is not a bug in the game. That is the game." earns its meta.

Played scene one to the end. The voice lands. Do not read into it, sitting right next to what the character actually says, is the whole game in one beat, and the rain streaks do quiet work. Three notes. The sound toggle sits where I click to advance and mine flipped mid-scene, maybe move it or make it a deliberate second click. I clicked through the whole scene without a single choice, so the reading never felt like mine; if even one beat branches, read wrong gets teeth. And the opening line scrolls off the top while the rest stays, pinning the scene first line would help. I am in the jam too: Moth, a one-minute browser game about a creature with no eyes. Swap? Tell me where you got stuck.
Thanks for playing it, and for the read. "Do not read into it" landing right next to what he actually says is the exact beat the whole thing is built on, so it's good to hear it hit. All three notes are real, and two are mine to fix: - The sound toggle on the advance tap: moving it. Flipping your sound mid-scene without you choosing it is just a bug. - The choice. You should have hit one. If none appeared, that is not a design call, it is a break, and it is the worst thing to find in a game about your reading mattering. I think it is the same root as your third note (the choice row renders below the fold and taps advance past it), so pinning the first line and pulling the choice up is one fix. - Opening line scrolling off the top: pinning it. I'll ping you when the new build is up. Then tell me if the reading feels like yours. Swap: yes. Send me Moth and I'll play it and tell you where I got stuck.
